Court Case Habsie

A court case is undergoing at Butterworth for Habsie, the former political secretary for Tan Sri Nor Mohamed. the Minister in PM department in 2007-2009. He was charged on accepting gifts amounting to millions of ringgit and under section 4(1)A, he faces a maximum jail or fine of 5 years and rm5 millions. The former driver, Japaruddin Ibrahim testified that he delivered cash ranging from rm500,000 to rm2millions to his employer Hasbie Star. He said he use to collect the money from Gallant Route Sdn Bhd in Cyberjaya and brought the cash to an apartment near time square.When asked if he know what the money was for, his answer was for the imbuhan for getting the project.
