SURAT TERBUKA BUAT TAN SRI ANNUAR MUSA

Hari ni ramai orang tag dan mesej aku pasal menteri MCMC, Tan Sri Annuar Musa yang mempertahankan lantikan anak Kak Jat NFC sebagai pengarah dalam MDEC. Maka aku terpanggil untuk menulis sebuah warkah terbuka ini kepada Tan Sri Annuar Musa. Aku mengharapkan ia sampai dan dibaca beliau.

Assalamualaikum Tan Sri yang dimuliakan Allah,

Saya Aliff. Seorang anak muda yang lahir daripada sperma dan ovum orang miskin. Kedua ibu bapa saya bukan sesiapa, hanyalah rakyat Malaysia biasa yang kais pagi makan pagi, kais petang makan petang. Bukan anak Tan Sri, bukan anak Dato’. Ayah saya hanyalah seorang pegawai rendah kerajaan, mak pula hanya seorang penjual kuih di tepi jalan untuk membantu ekonomi keluarga yang berada dalam kemiskinan bandar.

Umur saya sama macam anak Kak Jat, Izzana Salleh. Bezanya, ketika saya berusia 21 tahun, saya masih belajar di Australia. Mungkin dia sekolah private, start awal, habis awal. Ketika itu, saya juga bekerja sebagai pencuci jamban profesional untuk mendapatkan lebihan wang untuk dihantar kepada keluarga di Malaysia. Bukan setakat jadi cleaner, saya juga pernah jadi tukang buat rumah, petik buah dan pencuci pinggan di restoran Uyghur ketika menjadi pelajar di Australia.

Manakala anak Kak Jat pula, di awal usia 21 tahun, dia sudah menjadi pengarah di dalam sebuah syarikat yang mendapat geran softloan lebih kurang RM200 juta. Tak tahulah berapa puluh ribu gaji dia dapat ketika itu. Dia sebagai graduan biotechnology, pulang ke Malaysia terus dapat kerja yang baik. Aku yakin gajinya juga lumayan.

Tan Sri yang memegang amanah rakyat,

Pada ketika saya menjadi pelajar di benua kangaroo, saya telah bangunkan syarikat cleaning, shipping, dan trading bersama-sama rakan-rakan saya di sana. Agak berjayalah juga untuk kami anak-anak muda Malaysia sampai kena bayar cukai di sana. Banyak jugalah. Tapi mungkin tidak seberjaya Izzana yang ada modal sebanyak RM200 juta, ada ibu ketua wanita UMNO dan ayah seorang ahli korporat. Dan ada Annuar Musa yang dipanggil Uncle. Dia sendiri pun ahli UMNO seawal usia 18 tahun kalau tak silap.

Setelah 2 tahun kerja makan gaji, saya bangunkan firma M&E di sana dan dapatlah job kecil-kecilan. Maklumlah, orang merantau, bukan “white ass” kan. Takda connection dan tiada Tan Sri yang saya boleh panggil uncle seperti Izzana. Ketika itu, NFC sudah mula tersontot. Izzana yang juga anak Dato’ terbang ke London buat MBA di Imperial College, siapa bayar fee belajar dia? Manakala saya pula ke Abu Dhabi menjadi project engineer mencari rezeki di negara unta.

Ketika NFC makin parah, Izzana boleh ke Harvard sambung belajar lagi, manakala saya ke UK bekerja sebagai project manager di firma tenaga terkenal di eropah. Syarikat-syarikat saya di Australia juga masih berjalan dengan baik diuruskan oleh para pekerja dan pelajar Malaysia. Saya hanya mahu merasa bekerja dengan orang eropah setelah bekerja dengan orang arab. Nak cari pengalaman hidup. Saya tak sanggup buang duit untuk berjalan, jadi saya pilih dengan cara bekerja, baru berjalan melihat negara lain. 

Tan Sri yang saya hormati,

Saya faham yang ibu kepada Izzana kawan baik Tan Sri, Izzana juga graduan Ivy League, tetapi adakah itu indicator merit yang Tan Sri katakan? Tak terasakah Tan Sri yang  betapa “desperate-nya” Izzana untuk mecari merit diri sendiri sehingga terpaksa meletakkan syarikat yang dia baru daftar tahun ini (Rise Human Capital) di dalam profile pada laman pengarah MDEC. Syarikat itu setakat ini hanya sekadar buat event sembang-sembang sahaja. Itu merit Tan Sri?

Menjadi pengarah di Talentcorp dan SOCSO juga jelas adalah lantikan politik. Takkanlah hanya kerana dia graduan Ivy League dia faham tentang dunia digital ekonomi. Apa syarikat teknologi yang dia pernah bangunkan? Kalau Tan Sri tanya saya, saya ada syarikat IT dan software house. Kami juga pioneer developer blockchain technology di Malaysia. Kami juga pioneer drone developer yang telah siap mengeluarkan 2 publication tentang drone ciptaan kami. Saya juga usahawan startup teknologi yang tak pernah terima apa-apa geran mahupun bantuan perniagaan daripada kerajaan selama ini.

Izzana ada apa Tan Sri? Apa dia pernah buat? Apa dia faham pasal industri ini? Ketika di parlimen pun, Tan Sri hanya ulang dan ulang, dia graduan Imperial dan Harvard, itu sahaja.

Tan Sri yang dibayar gaji oleh rakyat,

Tan Sri bagitahu jangan salahkan Izzana disebabkan masalah business keluarga dia. Saya rasa Tan Sri masih mabuk sebab baru berjaya jadi menteri barangkali. Izzana tu pengarah NFC Tan Sri. Dia bukan sekadar bekerja. Dia juga adalah salah seorang yang disaman kerajaan dalam isu NFC. 

Let say-lah kita abaikan NFC. Kita bagi dia benefit of the doubt. Mungkin sebab mak ayah yang suruh dia jadi pengarah. Tapi selepas itu, apa yang dia dah berjaya buktikan? Apakah syarikat yang berjaya di bawah seliaan dia? Sebagai graduan biotechnology yang telah gagal mengurus syarikat penternakan, bagaimana mungkin dia layak mentadbir agensi yang menjaga industri digital yang bukan bidang dia?

Tan Sri boleh tolong jawab tak soalan saya ini. Berapa elaun Izzana dapat jadi pengarah MDEC tu? Tolong share appointment/offer letter, boleh?

Tan Sri yang budiman,

Saya kira Tan Sri tidaklah bodoh, jadi saya pasti Tan Sri tahu yang perlantikan daripada menteri kewangan itu jelas hanya percaturan politik. Izzana juga ahli UMNO bukan? Saya telah jelaskan yang Izzana tidak layak dan tiada merit langsung. Sudah tiadakah anak muda lain yang lebih layak sampai 3 GLC dia dapat? Tiada lagi wanita yang tiada kaitan dengan politik layak?

Jika sekadar belajar di Havard dan Imperial dianggap terlebih merit. Saya boleh cadangkan beberapa kawan saya yang juga graduan Harvard, Oxford dan Cambridge yang telah menghasilkan banyak kajian bahkan memegang banyak patent inovasi. Dan mereka juga usahawan digital, bukan usahawan lembu dan kondo. Tidak pernah dilantik lagi menjadi pengarah di GLC-GLC. 

Bezanya kawan-kawan saya ini, bukanlah anak mantan ketua wanita UMNO, bukan juga ahli UMNO, dan tiada pengalaman menguruskan geran sebanyak RM200 juta. Mereka juga bukan kroni kaum elitis menteri kewangan. Mereka sama seperti saya, lahir dari sperma dan ovum rakyat marhaen. Mungkin sebab itu mereka tidak dipilih.

Tan Sri yang didoakan rahmat dan kebaikan,

Saya telah senaraikan hampir kesemua syarikat yang dia pernah duduki dan dia miliki. Yang mana tiada satu pun saya kira berjaya. Izzana juga tidak berasa berjaya kerana dia sendiri malu meletakkan nama syarikat-syarikat tersebut dalam profile dirinya sendiri. Adakah orang sebegini layak dengan merit?

Saya mengecam lantikan di MDEC kerana MDEC dekat dengan hati saya, kawan-kawan saya, anak-anak muda dan usahawan-usahawan startup di Malaysia. Saya tidak mahu seorang yang tidak punya pengalaman dan tidak faham realiti duduk di dalam jemaah pengurusan menyuarakan pandangan bagi pihak kami. Saya percaya, dia takkan membantu kami. Ideanya juga hanya sekadar retorik.

Saya percaya ramai jauh lebih layak. Jika Tan Sri menyebut Izzana mencapai merit dah terlebih layak, jelas betapa dangkal dan sengalnya otak seorang menteri yang mentadbir kementerian yang menjaga dunia digital. Saya nasihatkan Tan Sri turun ke bawah, jangan hanya mendabik dada melihat anak kawan-kawan yang berjaya masuk ke Ivy League sambil mendongak langit. Ramai lagi anak muda yang jauh lebih layak, hebat dan berbakat.

Tan Sri, Tan Sri, Tan Sri..

Saya sebenarnya amat mengkagumi Tan Sri yang hebat berpidato di dalam dewan. Tetapi hujah Tan Sri kali ini jelas membunuh kaliber Tan Sri sendiri. Cuba menjustifikasi amalan “cable” adalah sangat menghina akal dan menghina anak muda yang tiada cable. Elok kiranya Tan Sri beristigfar banyak-banyak. Kalau suruh letak jawatan, pasti taknak. Gaji masyuk juga kan?

Seperti yang saya sebutkan sebelum ini, saya tidak kisah jika Izzana benar-benar layak walaupun dia anak ahli politik. Masalahnya, dia benar-benar tidak layak dan ramai lebih layak. Dia tiada pengalaman dalam industri dan even gagal dalam perniagaan. Dia hanya ada 2 tiket. Anak Kak Jat dan graduan Ivy League. Itu saja. Dia tak pernah merasai kesusahan anak muda lain membangunkan startup. Tidak juga berjaya membangunkan sesuatu dalam dunia digital. Dia juga bukan seorang inovator atau technologist. 

Mungkin dia layak jadi setiausaha akhbar Tan Sri lah kot atau pegawai khas Tan Sri yang menjaga event dan branding. Sebab syarikat RISE dia tu rajin buat event dan talk sahaja. Atau, memang dia dihantar ke MDEC untuk lebih mencantikkan event-event since MDEC memang lebih dikenali sebagai agensi event-event selama ini.

Tapi Tan Sri..

Jika MDEC ini bukan agensi untuk rakyat marhaen, bukan untuk anak muda yang biasa-biasa, dan bukan untuk usahawan startup dari golongan marhaen. Ianya hanya untuk kaum elitis. Maka saya mohon maaf. Tan Sri boleh lantik lagi ramai cable-cable yang layak menurut Tan Sri untuk memenuhkan MDEC. Saya cadangkan Tan Sri lantik Ahmad Helmie Hassan sekali. Dia pun duk ulang-ulang script Ivy League banyak kali, sebiji macam Tan Sri.

Sekian warkah ini. Saya doakan Tan Sri kembali berfikir secara waras dan cakna hal industri. Pandanglah anak muda lain sebagaimana Tan Sri pandang anak kawan-kawan Tan Sri. Mungkin suatu hari nanti, roda sudah berubah. Anak cucu Tan Sri pula sampai giliran duduk di bawah.

Great Game in Afghanistan

1. An extremely important thread on the Geopolitical Landscape: a Magnitude 10 Earthquake whose epicenter was in Kabul. One that has sent shockwaves across entire planet; in every Capital - challenging & threatening the New World Order & the Global Reset: Agenda 2030 up in smokes. Yes!

2. When the US Forces invaded Afghanistan - also romantically known as The Heart of Asia; in the year 2001, America had multiple Grand Strategic Objectives...

• Defense of Israel

• Direct Control of Strategic Global Resources 

• Destruction of Political Islam. 

• De-Nuclearization of Pakistan: leading to the defense of Israel.

• Encirclement of Russia. 

• Containment of China. 

• Control of global Trading Routes & Sea Lanes.

3. Around 1998, American Enterprise Institute (AEI) had written a Strategic Report aimed at creating strategies to  maintain global dominance of the US in the 21st century. The report was called: "Project for the New American Century (PNAC)" - which had outlined  measures that would ensure for the US to maintain its dominant role in the 21st century.

Accordingly events of 9/11 were conceptualized, articulated & executed as the perfect "pearl harbor" - the US needed to launch this (so called) war-on-terror: to accomplish its Grand Strategic Objectives. 

4. So, US was NOT in Afghanistan to catch Bin Laden - period... 

A established base in the "Heart of Asia" served to fortify all those grand strategic objectives.

After the British Empire destroyed the Ottoman Caliphate (now Turkey) in 1923, they had vowed; never to allow rise of Political Islam again...

Accordingly rise of Talibans in Afghanistan posed a direct threat to their Project for the 21st Century. 

5. Philosopher & Poet (of the East) Dr. Muhammad Iqbal had the farsighted vision to write in 1920, when Communism was on the rise in the East  as a direct threat to Capitalist Order in the West (this was presented as such for next 70 years). However, (Iqbal wrote) for the Western Civilization,  real threat will always come from the Islamic Civilization - from Political Islam & NOT Communism.

He was right!

6. Invasion of Afghanistan - using the fraudulent events of 9/11 as pretext and after dealing with the "threat" of Political Islam, the

CIA/MI6/Mossad got to work immediately - initially on their own, later they  subcontracted RAW/NDS/Saudi/Egyptian/UAE Intelligence Services on a singular Project: to destabilize Nuclear Armed Pakistan with the objective that by 2015 Pakistan will cease to exist as a single established State...

7. America's Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), British MI6, Israel's Mossad & India's RAW, after establishing their

occupation in Afghanistan; created the deadliest terror outfits: Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in Afghanistan & launched this group and others as well, like BLA & BNA; against Pakistan. 

Over the next few years nearly 100 - 200,000 Pakistanis lost their lives - while countless others were maimed or wounded besides more than 150 billion USD were lost in Pakistan's economy due to this secret CIA/MI6/Mossad/NDS/RAW sponsored terror attacks on Pakistan.

8. US presence in Afghanistan had removed the "threat" of Political Islam & they were now well on their way to dismember & dismantle Pakistan - as per their own timeline: 2015. 

Simultaneously, presence of US Forces in Afghanistan had blocked Russian access to the "Heart of Asia" & were well poised to block any Chinese adventure towards: One-Belt-One-Road(OBOR) projects and the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) type trade routes across Asia.

9. Indians & Israelis were having a dream ride under the US umbrella removal of their common mortal enemy: Pakistan - the Only Nuclear Armed Islamic state on the planet.

The grand strategy of invading & establishing an operational base in "the Heart of Asia" Afghanistan: seemed to work very well for a while - especially as Pakistan bled profusely under the secret, sustained often ferocious onslaughts of multiple terror outfits created, funded, trained and launched from across Pakistan's western borders. 

10. Despite the broad perception around the world - primarily created by the malicious disinformation and propaganda campaigns against Pakistan; the established fact is that Pakistan did NOT support the Afghan Taliban...

Quite the contrary,

Pakistan remained the strongest frontline Non-NATO Ally of the US led occupation force in Afghanistan, formally allowing nearly a million containers of weapons, logistics & other heavy military supplies through its ports, its lands & its air bridges in support of the US & NATO forces in Afghanistan while suffering deep divisions among its own populace & the destruction beyond repair of the country's infrastructure.

11. By the year 2007, Pakistan was surely and steadily on it's way towards dismemberment. Gen Musharraf, the then President of Pakistan was removed through a Pentagon sponsored, CIA/MI6/Mossad orchestrated regime change movement & a CIA asset Asif  Zardari was installed as the President & another CIA asset Hussain Haqqani was installed as Pakistan's Ambassador to the  US in Washington DC.

12. Pakistan and Pakistan's mighty Armed Forces was effectively losing the secret war against CIA/MI6/Mossad/NDS/RAW backed terror outfits created, funded, trained and launched from Afghanistan. Even a serving Lieutenant General was killed right outside the  gates of the well protected & fortified Army GHQ in Rawalpindi - in a suicide bombing attack. Headquarters of the globally acclaimed Pakistan's Inter Service Intelligence (ISI) all over the country were bombed. Army GHQ itself was attacked & almost taken over...

Those were very  bad days for Pakistan...

13. By 2008, the then DG ISI General Shuja Pasha had figured out the CIA/MI6/Mossad/RAW/NDS game plan and had begun conceptualizing &  building the counter strategy and thus the push back began in earnest by mid-2008.

Every echelon of the Pakistan Armed Forces began its historically most large scale high intensity military operations both within the major cities of Pakistan and across the country to reclaim lost territory.

14. It was a long, gruesome 4-year blooby battle: by 2012  Pakistan's Armed Forces had successfully reclaimed all the lost territory from CIA/MI6/Mossad/RAW/NDS backed terrorists assets; who were by then fully operational from US & NATO controlled Afghanistan. 

Even so this brutal, and bloody war-of- terror could not be stopped till today as the paid & trained assets & mercenaries were protected in Afghan sanctuaries by CIA/MI6/Mossad/NDS/RAW.

15. Once the security situation in Pakistan began to improve, China swiftly moved in to counter the US & NATO's strategic objectives & launched its own Economic & Trade Corridors through Pakistan which US & NATO were trying to scuttle. OBOR & CPEC Projects were launched in Pakistan. 

By this time, it was clear that the CIA/MI6/Mossad's 2015 plan to dismember Pakistan & dismantle Pakistan nuclear weapons program had failed miserably. 

16. By the end of 2015, Afghan Taliban had also emerged as a strong, very disciplined, more potent & with more capacity  for strategic resistance to the US & NATO occupation forces in Afghanistan. US by now was also suffering from deep "imperial overstretch" - exhausted; having taken both economic & human losses in the now well known graveyard of the empires.

The tide had turned in favor of "Haq against Baatil"

17. Pakistan's Armed Forces fought gallantly - sometimes suffering heavy losses; ONLY to protect itself within its own borders against terrorists: created, funded, trained and launched by its OWN allies who were occupying Afghanistan.

Ironic yet a factual narrative!

Afghan Taliban did NOT receive a single container of weapons, armaments or supplies from Pakistan in the last 20 years. They ambushed, snatched and also received weapons and armaments from ANA/US/NATO/India/Iran/Russia and fought a tactically brilliant guerrilla warfare and strategically patient battle on all fronts.

18. In the end, it was the Afghan Taliban who won the war in an honorable & fair fight against the combined might of 57 flags: US, Britain, NATO and all the other nameless allied forces.

The Talibans were NOT helped by any other country in this long-drawn strategic battle for independence from foreign occupation forces.

US President Biden squarely blamed the defeat on the collapse of the Afghan National Army (ANA) - whom they created, they funded, they equipped & they trained. A defeated President Biden while acknowledging the defeat of the US & NATO forces in Afghanistan did not lay the blame on  Pakistan or on any other country.

19. Now what? why is the world screaming & demonizing a band of resoundingly brave & viciously free people who led a truly genuine freedom fight to liberate their own land- locked poorest country on this planet against foreign occupation? Why are they such a threat to the big global powers?

For any reflective & critically thinking reader; this is the crucial next phase of the jigsaw puzzle to understand & grasp.

20. Surely, the Global Powers are not screaming in pain & fear for their concern for human rights in Afghanistan or  the rights of the Afghan women... That's a big hogwash to say the least...

The Taliban victory in Afghanistan is a direct & existential threat to the Zionist's plans towards Globalization and the New world order - the Global Reset (Agenda 2030);

which they are unfolding right now under the false flag cover of Covid-19 Global Plan-demic.

21. The idea of Political Islam is reborn: an idea the Western Civilization had hoped would stay in the Museums of history. Political Islam now has a country and an operating base of its own. The ultimate nightmare for the Globalists have come true. More so; when these people (the Talibans of Afghanistan) have (historically) defeated the British Colonists, the Communist Ideology & now Capitalist Order:  their power centers  politically ravaged in the last 4 decades. 

This is simply a geopolitical and geostrategic miracle. Nothing else can justify this victory accept by reference to a Gift from the Divine 

22. Imagine this...

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is NOT going to follow the Covid protocols. It will show the world that Covid is not only a fraud but that its no threat at all. 

No masks, no social distancing, no quarantines, no lockdowns, no vaccinations...& still NO Covid.

These guys will destroy the entire COVID propaganda campaign of the Globalist cabal.

23. Once a truly Independent Islamic Government is formed anywhere in the world, it becomes a magnet for other Muslim countries in the region & movements around the world to attempt to copy the Taliban model. 

The Afghan Jihad of the 80's triggered the Intifadas of Kashmir, Palestine, Chechnya & Algeria. 

Same may happen again from this Taliban victory. 

24. One may understand the resistance, pushback & attacks by US, EU, India & Israel but the most severe resistance & animosity to this poor Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan will come from Saudi Arabia, the UAE & Egypt...the three most petrified countries - terrified by the idea of Political Islam taking over power as a model & getting a foothold. under the current Global Order. 

25. And just to let one ponder a bit  more...

Afghan Jihad of the 80's & the Taliban resistance & ultimate victory of today in Afghanistan: are the only Muslim Resistance Movements in the last 200 years that have actually succeeded in driving out foreign occupation forces: returning victorious from the battlefield.

Truly a romantic moment in human history!!

My View on Dr M

I wonder how  some people may still trust Tun M. I have a very negative view of him..

1. he started the integrating business n govermnt, arguing.. if the corporation make money.. government get more tax.. an excuse feed his corony.

2. he started the payung program.. i hav 10 millionaire s who each create another 10. Where are they.

3. we use to have some corporates making profits, like MAS, MISC. under pretext of privitisation,  TJ was sent to MAS. MISC he use to bail his son. Petronas to help his son too.

4. Remember the aviation project s eagle star n what else..Doom to fail.

5. Remember the 7 flagship..for IT, billions were spent without gain.

Look at the Mess he created on his term 2018.

1. started with 13 set, he started buying MPs.

2. look at the cabinet, it did not represent the component parties.

3. He gave ways to DAP to stirr Malay responds.

4. Then he create the opposition to PH, in the name for Ummah.

5. Then with Mahyudn, started the coup..

6. Now acted like opposition to check on Anwar.

7. When Pejuang.. tak laku..he put a big poster.. I AM WILL TO STEP OUT OF PEJUANG TO HELP  NRP.

This is a posting from a  Sigapore based newspaper , The Strait Times, on an interview with Azmin Ali. According to Azmin, the plan to create a coalition Perikatan Nasional was made by Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad. The old man is still wanted to be in power, he want to the prime minister supported by all Members of Parliament across all parties, said Senior Minister Azmin Ali.

He also said the general election would have been held last month if not for the third wave of the Covid-19 pandemic currently faced by the country.

COVID 19 RECOVERY ROADMAP

 On 16 Jun 2021 Wed, I saw the front page of the recovery roadmap. It thought it was odd, as it focused on which sectors will be opened if the average daily cases of new infections drop below a certain levels.

In my mind the most important element of the recovery is .. how to reduce the number of new cases and new death caused by the virus. I cannot understand why it focused on the easy components. It is too easy to say .... if the new cases drop below 2000 cases per day, the list of activities will be expanded.

We had seen how the number of cases rose up to 9000. Various trial of efforts were tested. The last one was the lock down, but it was not a total lock down as many sectors had been given a special concession to operate.

Let us ask, are we doing the best to reduce the number of the new infection. I think we did and are NOT.

1. Selangor had highest nbr - what do we do? are we getting more vaccination for Selangor. Are we stopping the spread? 

2. Many infections are in the work place for months.  I expect a comprehensive efforts with organisation to reduce it. More vaccination targeted.

When states want to buy the vaccinations, new ruling.. cannot buy same brands as federal government. That is odd, how long it takes to get the vaccination approved,

 

1 MDB ROYAL DIPLOMACY

 Time To Come Open About The Fruits Of The 'Royal Diplomacy' Over 1MDB

A recent report in the Asia Sentinel has confirmed information received by Sarawak Report that the purpose of a trip made earlier this year to Abu Dhabi by the Malaysian Agong (who is also sultan of the convicted ex-PM Najib Razak’s home state of Pahang), together with the Foreign Minister (who is Najib’s own cousin and is married to the Agong’s cousin) and the newly appointed Attorney General of the PN government was to secretly negotiate a resolution to 1MDB’s legal claim against the emirate for no less than $6 billion.

The Agong is known to be a former Sandhurst classmate and longterm friend of the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi who controls the emirate.

The question that now demands an answer therefore is what has been the outcome to this secretive piece of royal diplomacy, given that over a year has passed since the PN backdoor government swiftly moved to suspend the ongoing case in London to make way for this kingly intervention?

The stakes are staggeringly high, in that 1MDB (ie the Malaysian taxpayer) was seeking to reverse a $5.8 billion payment pledged to Abu Dhabi’s sovereign fund IPIC by Najib after a secret arbitration between the two parties that was designed to cover up the scandalous thefts that had taken place on both sides.

It is also an extraordinary and undisclosed aberration of Malaysia’s system of government that such an initiative should have been fronted not by the country’s elected political leaders in a proper and transparent manner but conducted secretly by the constitutional monarch, whose formal position as the head of state includes no such role.

No announcement was even made of the decision to suspend the London litigation until Sarawak Report exposed the fact that it had happened.

That the King boasts a personal relationship with the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi who ultimately controls IPIC is far from a recommendation either. To the contrary it raises issues of conflict of interest that potentially prejudice the Agong’s home country of Malaysia which he should be batting 100% in favour of, rather than risking losing value from any settlement that could have been obtained by persevering with the London case which was proving highly embarrassing to Abu Dhabi and Najib.

This litigation, initiated by the PH government after Najib lost GE14, seeks to challenge the secret arbitration agreement forged by the scandal torn ex-PM in 2017 with IPIC/Aabar as part of his attempt to cover up the vast misappropriations from 1MDB, for which he was responsible.

Under that agreement Malaysia is pledged to pay Abu Dhabi a humungous $5.78 billion in return for covering debt repayments which the plundered 1MDB had found itself unable to repay:

“It is supposed to be paid in tranches twice a year up until 2022, so Malaysia has already paid about half the money at a rate of around a billion dollars a year, which is money that should be used by the fund to service the other debts. Given the fraud and complicity, the case brought by 1MDB argues that it is IPIC and Abu Dhabi who owe 1MDB and not the other way around”

is how one insider with knowledge of the situation has explained matters to Sarawak Report.

The London Appeal Court had agreed with 1MDB in 2019 that there were grounds for reviewing the secret arbitration in an open court given the copious evidence of fraud. This opened a promising path towards cancelling Malaysia’s commitment and demanding recompense from Abu Dhabi instead.

IPIC has appealed against that ruling to the UK Supreme Court but the chances were looking slim for the Abu Dhabi side until the newly ensconced Pahang Sultan surprisingly installed a Prime Minister of his own choosing in what has been widely regarded as yet another unprecedented abuse of his role.

‘PM8′ Mahiaddin Yassin heads a minority party faction and depends entirely on the support of the Agong rather than Parliamentary numbers. It is therefore generally acknowledged that he appointed a close friend of the Agong to be the finance minister, the unelected Zafrul Aziz, as part of the deal that secured his own appointment.

There is further ample reason to conclude that Hishamuddin Hussein, whose prominent wife is also related to the Pahang sultan, was likewise appointed to suit the new Agong to whom the PM entirely owes his own position. The Attorney General is also an unelected figure appointed by the same cabal.

So again, Malaysians are entitled to be told what on earth has been secretly going on with these negotiations when so much public money is at stake?

They also have a right to know why figures who have no business to be negotiating on this matter have stepped outside their constitutional role to do so, particularly since both the Agong and Foreign Minister are plainly conflicted by virtue of being related through politics and marriage to the main perpetrator of the 1MDB fraud, namely the convicted former prime minister Najib Razak, and have close ties to the opposing parties in Abu Dhabi?

Surely this cousin and Najib’s longstanding royal patron from his own home state ought to have recused themselves instead?

Conflicts of Interest Abound In These Negotiations

Malaysians will also be well aware that the major beneficiaries of the entire 1MDB fraud, besides Najib, Jho Low, Rosmah and their family and co-conspirators, were various figures from the Middle East, the most prominent being the senior figures from Abu Dhabi connected to IPIC and the royal leadership of the state.

These included the Chairman of Aabar/CEO of IPIC, Khadem Al Qubaisi who received backhanders of half a billion dollars for facilitating the thefts through the Abu Dhabi sovereign fund.

Abu Dhabi have acknowledged this fact (the money trails have been published by the DOJ investigators from the United States) and ‘KAQ’ has been imprisoned together with his deputy for the crime.

It is also the case that the brother of the Crown Prince, Sheikh Mansour, who was the Chairman of IPIC and KAQ’s boss, received at least $160 million of that stolen backhander towards the purchase for his private super yacht. Topaz.

Mansour as the ultimate boss at IPIC must have signed off on the bogus ‘guarantees’ for the crooked multi-billion dollar loans raised by Goldman Sachs, which now lie at the heart of 1MDB’s lawsuit against IPIC – the lawsuit that the Agong has chosen to suspend in favour of his personal negotiation gambit.

It is therefore crystal clear to see why the royal movers and shakers in Abu Dhabi were more than desperate to keep this whole embarrassing case out of the courts in London and it is easy to deduce that the new Malaysian Agong might sympathise with his valued friend the Crown Prince.

The only way the Agong can demonstrate his intervention was the best thing for Malaysia on the other hand, is by producing a settlement that is as good as or better than the $5.8 billion that was being sought through the London court. So far, he appears to have produced nothing and the entire matter has drifted into abeyance.

Malaysians are entitled at the very least by this stage to a public update on the status of this plainly inappropriate intervention by the Agong, alongside Najib’s relative appointed as Foreign Minister.

By tossing the London case the PN appointed Attorney General has set aside all 1MDB’s bargaining chips. So, what has been achieved in return for such a sacrifice?

Back in March Rosli Dahlan, ‘PM8’s’ personal libel lawyer and 1MDB’s newly appointed legal negotiator, who had accompanied the Agong to Abu Dhabi, told foreign journalists to expect an imminent announcement of a $1 billion settlement to Malaysia from IPIC.

The sum is relative peanuts compared to the numbers missing and the original claim by 1MDB and does not even cover the contested repayments that have already made under Najib’s fraudulent arbitration.

However, two months later not even the retrieval of that promised paltry $1 billion has been announced. Instead, we have learnt only that the Agong of Malaysia was handed 2,000 doses of an unlicensed Covid vaccine being developed by Abu Dhabi as a gift from the Crown Prince, which he duly brought back to Malaysia and shared (contrary to his own government’s rules) amongst his friends and family.

This is not the way Malaysia’s new head of state should behave formally or informally and Malaysia is owed a full statement in answer to the burning questions about what has happened to this process hijacked by the Agong and what is being done to return Malaysia’s billions from Abu Dhabi?

Muhyiddin Visit yo UAE 2021 March

Our PM managed to get the meeting with crown prince Sheikh Mohamed Zayed Al Nshyan. 

He also met Vice President S Mohammed Rashid Al Maktoum.

1.  trade is going to increase 5 fold from 3 bil to 12bil.

2. UAE want to increase investment in Malaysia, No time frame set.  Malaysia has to ifentify the areas and propose yo UAE.

3. PM request for help in Digital Education and Crown Prince said.... considered done.PM was relieved to be assistance.

MUHYIDDIN VISIT TO SAUDI

12 Mar 2021- In the mid of the Covid19 pedamics and the historic declared emergency, the PM is making an official trip to Mekah and other countries. The reasons for the visit can be explained by him.

He was in Mekah and had his ZOOM MEETING with the King. Haha, as if the virtual meeting cannot be done from Malaysia.

The visit shall set the Malaysia - Saudi trade to boom. Currently, Saudi has Rm70bil investment in Johor, and 44 other projects worth Rm1.14bil. Malaysia has invested Rm1.74bil in 38 projects in Saudi.

LINKING STRATEGY TO ACTIONS.

One of things that a leader does is to formulate Vision, Objectives and Strategy. I believe the we have the strategy to face the Covid 19 issue. Whether the strategy is logical and solid is another debatable issue.

Recently, it was announced the 2 week lock down. Unlikely, 2 week is sufficient to bring down the number. We understand that it was a way to dampen the side effect on the economy.

However, the 2nd announcement was shocking. An Emergency untill August 21.

Was this part of the Covid Strategy?

Consider this..

1. The vaccine is due to be administed in Feb, certainly, we expect improvmt, if not ... Why buy the vaccines. Give another 3 months, then in May , we expect a clear sky. Why August.

I would have thought that the Covid 19 Strategy is driving the actions, then again, I may be wrong.
