Malaysian tax payers are paying about 2.6mil for 5 special advisors to PM in the budget for 2014. The payments are to be made to the following persons:
1. Shahrizat Abdul Jalil - UMNO Wanita - for her role as to oversee the development of woman's entrepreneurs and professionals.
2. Rais Yatim - UMNO - social and cultural issues.
3. Noh Umar - UMNO - Selangor Affairs
4. Johari Baharum - UMNO - North Economic Corridor.
5. Hasbi Habibolah - Sarawak Licensing Board.
PKR had tabled a motion to stop the budget but the effort was stopped by BN members.
In another instance, Azmin Ali questioned the need to appoint Jamaluddin, Ong and Samy Vellu when the country already had career diplomats to do the jobs.
