UTILITY BILLS FOR MALAYSIAN PM

The the proceeding of the Parliament, the Minister in the PM Department, in his written written reply to the member fro  DAP Seremban, Anthony Loke, said the following about the utility bills for the residence of Prime Minister...

1. The annual charges for PM residence  for 2012 are as follows:
- electricity - rm2,237,788.13
- water - rm 311, 174.25

2. The annual charges for 2012 for DPM are as follows:
- electricity rm865,458.56
- water rm99,264.03

In the followup press conference, Mr Loke said that the causes can be the due to the size... The US white house containing the US residence and office is only 7.3 ha compared to the residence for Malaysian PM of 17 ha and the Sri Satria in 7.3 ha.
