The royal commission inquiry to the Immigrants issues in Sabah will start on Monday. It has been the complaints of some groups that immigrants were given the Malaysian identity cards which directly enable them to vote.

48 witnesses to testify at the hearings, they include..
1. Radin Malleh - Vice president of PBS - pati bersatu sabah who submitted 73,983 nsme of the possible immigrants who had obtained the Malaysia ICs.
2. Mutalib M.D the author of the book "project IC".
Among the other check is, to determine if they had been registered as voters.
Sabah had experienced an abnormal population growth.
