A writer, Dzof Azmi, wrote a very convincing letter on the issues of trust, specifically the people's trust on the Malaysian Election Commission.
He is giving his own personal experience, when his own mother came to vote in Paris. She was given the envelope which was suppose to the election paper. Unfortunately, the envelope was empty. She tried all means possible but she was not able to vote.
He commented on the wide comments about the indelible ink. He also touched about the act of some people who took the law into their own hands.
Being in Malaysia, many people will be will to give their own version. It is hard to accept the new boxes of votes arrive around 10.45pm. There dont seem to be any good reason.
I can still remember in 2004, the Pantai Dalam seat was won by BN. The initial counting was, BN lost, but new boxes of votes arrive late.. to give the winning count to BN.
